This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed through ljwuj.shop and delivered to Germany or Austria.

It explains our return options, statutory withdrawal rights, return shipping costs, refund procedures, and the process for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by any additional voluntary return options offered by us.

2. Return Window and Eligibility

Customers in Germany and Austria have a statutory right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases within 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.

In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we voluntarily offer an extended return period of up to 30 calendar days from the date the goods are received.

Statutory Withdrawal Period – First 14 Days

During the statutory withdrawal period, customers may inspect and handle the product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

If the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced as a result, the customer may be responsible for the corresponding loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.

Voluntary Extended Return Period – Days 15 to 30

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period but within our voluntary 30-day return period, the product should:

• be complete;
• be unused and in resalable condition;
• include all supplied accessories and components;
• be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

The voluntary extended return policy does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where an exception permitted by applicable law applies. Any such exception will only apply where legally permitted and clearly disclosed to the customer.

3. Return Process and Return Address

Customers in Germany and Austria who wish to return a product should contact our customer service at support@ljwuj.shop before sending the item back.

Please include the following information where possible:

• order number;
• name of the customer;
• email address used for the order;
• product to be returned;
• reason for the return, if applicable.

After receiving your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and, where necessary, the applicable return address.

Please do not send returns to an address without first checking the return instructions provided by our customer service, as the correct return location may depend on the product and the circumstances of the return.

For the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal, customers may notify us of their decision to withdraw by a clear statement sent to support@ljwuj.shop.

The statutory right of withdrawal is not dependent on using a specific return form.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-Mind Returns and Statutory Withdrawal

For returns made because the customer has changed their mind, including returns under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated by us.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect item has been delivered, we will bear the reasonable standard return shipping costs where applicable.

Customers should contact us at support@ljwuj.shop before returning a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

We do not require customers to pay return shipping costs for products returned due to a defect, damage upon arrival, or an error in fulfilment attributable to us.

5. Refund Processing Time and Method

Statutory Withdrawal

For returns made under the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.

For sales of goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will include the amount paid for the returned product and, where required by applicable law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.

Any additional delivery costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option are not refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Voluntary Returns – Days 15 to 30

For eligible returns made under our voluntary extended return policy, refunds will normally be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refund Method

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed with the customer and does not result in additional fees for the customer.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where a refund to the original payment method is not technically possible, we may request appropriate payment details from the customer in order to complete the refund.

Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account after the refund has been issued.
