Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the website or placing an order.

Article 1 – Scope

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Erik Hvid, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” “we,” or “us,” and persons who visit, use, or place an order through ljwuj.shop.

These Terms apply in particular to:

  • visiting and using the website;

  • viewing and selecting products;

  • using the shopping cart;

  • placing and processing orders;

  • using the offered payment methods;

  • free delivery;

  • Cash on Delivery payments;

  • communication with customer service;

  • submitting reviews, messages, or other content.

In addition, the policies published on ljwuj.shop apply, in particular:

  • the Privacy Policy;

  • the Shipping and Delivery Policy;

  • the Return, Withdrawal and Refund Policy;

  • the Cookie Policy, if published separately;

  • other product-specific terms.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and mandatory statutory provisions, the statutory provisions shall prevail.

Article 2 – Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

“Website”

Means the website accessible at ljwuj.shop, including all functions offered there.

“Services”

Means all functions and services offered through the website, including product presentation, ordering, payment, delivery, and customer service.

“Customer”

Means any natural or legal person who places an order through the website.

“Consumer”

Means a natural person who enters into a legal transaction primarily for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

“User”

Means any natural or legal person who visits or uses the website, regardless of whether an order is placed.

“Product”

Means any item offered for purchase through ljwuj.shop.

“Order”

Means the offer submitted by the Customer through the website to purchase one or more products.

“Content”

Means texts, images, videos, product information, graphics, reviews, comments, messages, files, and other information provided or transmitted through the website.

“Personal Data”

Means all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

“Policies”

Means these Terms of Service as well as other terms and policies published on ljwuj.shop.

Article 3 – Acceptance of the Terms of Service

By using the website, the User agrees to these Terms of Service in the version applicable at the relevant time.

However, a purchase contract is not concluded merely by visiting or generally using the website.

Anyone who does not agree with these Terms of Service must not use the website for unlawful purposes and should not place an order.

Before completing a paid order, the Customer will have the opportunity to review the information and terms relevant to the purchase.

Article 4 – Use by Minors

Persons who, under the law applicable to them, are not legally permitted to enter into a purchase contract independently may place orders only with the consent and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, the User confirms that:

  • they have full legal capacity; or

  • the required consent of a parent or legal guardian has been obtained.

We may reject or cancel an order if there are reasonable doubts regarding the required legal capacity or consent.

Article 5 – Scope of the Services Offered

ljwuj.shop is an online store operated by Erik Hvid.

Through the website, Users may in particular:

  • view product information;

  • select products;

  • add products to the shopping cart;

  • place orders;

  • select available payment methods;

  • contact customer service;

  • submit return or refund requests;

  • receive delivery information;

  • submit reviews or product inquiries, where such functions are offered.

We are not an open online marketplace where independent users may list their own products for sale.

The availability of individual functions may depend on the device, browser, delivery country, or technical system used.

Article 6 – Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, technical specifications, images, colors, dimensions, and availability information as fully and accurately as possible.

Nevertheless, minor differences may occur, for example due to:

  • different screen settings;

  • lighting conditions during product photography;

  • technically unavoidable production variations;

  • changes in packaging;

  • minor model or design adjustments;

  • translation or display differences.

The essential characteristics of a product are described on the relevant product page.

Obvious typographical, display, or pricing errors do not create a right to delivery at an obviously incorrect price. In such cases, we will inform the Customer and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Mandatory rights relating to defective, incorrectly described, or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

Article 7 – Prices

The applicable price of a product is displayed on the relevant product page and during the ordering process.

As a general rule, the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed shall apply.

Where applicable, displayed prices include legally required VAT.

Price changes apply only to future orders. The price of an order that has already been validly accepted will generally not be affected by a later price change.

Discounts, vouchers, and promotional prices apply only:

  • during the stated promotional period;

  • under the published conditions;

  • to the specified products;

  • while available stock lasts.

Vouchers or promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been completed unless expressly offered otherwise.

Article 8 – Free Shipping

For orders placed through ljwuj.shop, we offer free standard shipping to Germany and Austria.

No shipping charges are applied for regular standard delivery to Germany and Austria.

Shipping costs:

  • Germany: €0.00

  • Austria: €0.00

No minimum order value is required for free standard shipping.

If a paid additional service is offered, for example express, premium, or scheduled delivery, the applicable charges will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.

Customers are not required to pay any additional shipping charges that were not clearly disclosed before completion of the order.

Return shipping costs are governed by our applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Further information on delivery areas, processing times, and estimated delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Article 9 – Placing an Order

To place an order, the Customer must complete the steps provided on the website.

These normally include:

  1. selecting the product;

  2. selecting any required variants;

  3. entering the desired quantity;

  4. adding the product to the shopping cart;

  5. entering contact and delivery information;

  6. selecting an available payment method;

  7. reviewing the order summary;

  8. confirming the order using the designated button.

Before submitting the order, the Customer is responsible for checking the information entered.

This includes in particular:

  • name;

  • email address;

  • telephone number;

  • delivery address;

  • postal code;

  • country;

  • product model;

  • size;

  • color;

  • version;

  • quantity;

  • payment method.

By submitting the order, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.

Article 10 – Receipt of Order and Conclusion of Contract

After an order is received, the Customer may receive an automatic order receipt confirmation by email.

An automatically generated receipt confirmation initially only confirms that the order has been technically received by us. It does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the purchase offer.

A purchase contract is concluded when we:

  • expressly confirm the order;

  • accept the order for processing;

  • send a shipping confirmation; or

  • ship the goods.

For Cash on Delivery orders, an additional order review or contact may take place before acceptance.

We are entitled to reject an order before the contract is concluded, in particular if:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • the delivery address cannot be served;

  • important order information is missing;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product error;

  • there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse;

  • the Customer has repeatedly refused Cash on Delivery shipments without reasonable cause;

  • the order violates these Terms of Service or applicable law.

If a payment already made is no longer required due to rejection of the order, it will be refunded using an appropriate payment method.

Article 11 – Payment Methods

The payment methods actually available are displayed during the checkout process.

Depending on the delivery country and technical availability, the following may in particular be offered:

  • Cash on Delivery;

  • credit card;

  • other online payment methods displayed at checkout.

There is no entitlement to a particular payment method.

We may restrict individual payment methods for security, availability, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Article 12 – Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at checkout and selected by the Customer, the amount due for the order must be paid to the responsible delivery service provider upon delivery.

The Customer should ensure that:

  • the delivery address provided is complete and correct;

  • the telephone number provided is valid and reachable;

  • an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment;

  • the required payment amount is available upon delivery.

The payment method accepted upon delivery, for example cash or card payment, may depend on the respective delivery service provider.

If you no longer wish to receive a Cash on Delivery order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ljwuj.shop.

Simply refusing to accept a Cash on Delivery shipment does not in every case replace a clear notice of cancellation or withdrawal from the order.

If a Cash on Delivery shipment is refused and returned to us, the order will be processed after receipt of the return in accordance with our applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Statutory consumer rights, in particular the statutory right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.

Article 13 – Changes and Cancellation of Orders

Processing of an order may begin immediately after it is received.

Requests to change or cancel an order should therefore be sent as soon as possible to:

Email: support@ljwuj.shop

Please include your order number and the requested change.

Once processing has begun, it may no longer be possible to change:

  • product model;

  • size;

  • color;

  • version;

  • quantity;

  • delivery address;

  • payment method.

A change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

Mandatory statutory rights of withdrawal and return remain unaffected.

Article 14 – Delivery

Orders are delivered by shipping and logistics providers selected or appointed by us.

The Customer agrees that we or the responsible shipping provider may contact them where necessary to carry out delivery.

Such contact may in particular be made to:

  • confirm the delivery address;

  • request additional delivery information;

  • arrange a delivery time;

  • announce an upcoming delivery;

  • clarify a failed delivery attempt;

  • arrange Cash on Delivery payment.

Processing times, estimated delivery times, supported delivery countries, and other shipping terms are set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy published on ljwuj.shop.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods generally passes only when the goods are handed over to the Customer or to an authorized person designated by the Customer.

Article 15 – Failed Delivery

A delivery may fail in particular if:

  • the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete;

  • the recipient cannot be found;

  • the shipping provider cannot reach the recipient;

  • acceptance is refused;

  • Cash on Delivery payment cannot be made;

  • the shipment is not collected from a pickup point in time;

  • access to the delivery address is not possible.

Depending on the shipping provider, another delivery attempt may be made or the shipment may be returned to us.

To the extent permitted by law, the Customer may be responsible for reasonable and verifiable additional costs if the failed delivery was caused by incorrect information attributable to the Customer, repeated refusal to accept delivery, or failure to make the Cash on Delivery payment.

Article 16 – Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Consumers in Germany and Austria generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods for eligible online purchases.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return option for eligible products for a total period of up to 30 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

Details regarding eligibility requirements, return shipping costs, the return procedure, and refunds are set out in our applicable Return and Refund Policy.

To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, the Consumer may notify us of the decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement, for example by email to:

support@ljwuj.shop

The use of a specific form is not mandatory for this purpose.

Customers are encouraged to contact our customer service before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return information and, where applicable, the relevant return address.

However, contacting customer service is not an additional requirement for the effective exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, statutory warranty and consumer rights also apply.

Mandatory statutory withdrawal, warranty, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Article 17 – Defective, Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If the Customer receives a product that:

  • is defective or faulty;

  • was damaged during delivery;

  • does not correspond to the product ordered;

  • is missing essential components or accessories; or

  • materially differs from the condition described on the product page,

the Customer should contact our customer service at support@ljwuj.shop.

Where possible, please provide the following information:

  • order number;

  • Customer name;

  • description of the issue;

  • photos of the affected product or packaging, where helpful for assessing the issue.

After receiving the report, we will review the individual case and inform the Customer of the next steps.

Depending on the circumstances of the case and the applicable statutory provisions, an appropriate remedy may include in particular:

  • repair;

  • replacement;

  • delivery of missing components;

  • an appropriate price reduction;

  • a refund, where the statutory requirements are met.

For a justified complaint concerning a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product, the Customer will not bear reasonable standard costs that are necessary for a required return due to that defect or error.

Statutory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Article 18 – User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information;

  • keep their contact details up to date;

  • use the website only for lawful purposes;

  • not infringe the rights of other persons;

  • not circumvent technical protection measures;

  • not transmit harmful files or programs;

  • not place fraudulent orders;

  • not knowingly submit false or fraudulent return or refund requests;

  • not misuse website functions.

The User is responsible for providing the devices, software, and internet connection required to use the website.

Article 19 – Prohibited Conduct

Users must in particular not:

  • violate applicable laws or official orders;

  • provide false identity, payment, or delivery information;

  • knowingly place abusive or fraudulent orders;

  • misuse payment systems or Cash on Delivery procedures;

  • circumvent or manipulate security measures;

  • gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data;

  • transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;

  • use automated systems to overload the website or collect data without authorization;

  • commercially copy product content without permission;

  • infringe trademarks, copyrights, personality rights, or other rights;

  • publish unlawful, offensive, misleading, or fraudulent content;

  • harass or threaten other Users or employees;

  • interfere with the proper operation of the website.

We may take reasonable measures if a User violates these provisions.

Such measures may include:

  • rejection or cancellation of an order where legally permitted and objectively justified;

  • restriction of access;

  • removal of unlawful content;

  • suspension of a customer account;

  • preservation of evidence;

  • reporting to the competent authorities where necessary.

Article 20 – Customer Accounts

Where customer accounts are offered, the Customer is responsible for:

  • using a secure password;

  • keeping login credentials confidential;

  • not allowing unauthorized third parties to use the account;

  • notifying us immediately of suspected misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held responsible for damage arising solely because the User intentionally or through gross negligence disclosed login credentials to unauthorized third parties. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law and where necessary to protect our website or other Users, we may temporarily restrict or suspend a customer account where there is a reasonable suspicion of:

  • misuse;

  • fraud;

  • unauthorized access;

  • a security risk;

  • a material violation of these Terms.

Article 21 – User Content and Reviews

Where the website allows reviews, comments, images, videos, or other User content, the User confirms that they are authorized to submit such content.

User content must in particular not contain:

  • unlawful statements;

  • offensive or discriminatory content;

  • knowingly false or misleading factual claims;

  • personal data of uninvolved third parties;

  • copyrighted content without permission;

  • malware;

  • unauthorized advertising.

The User grants us a non-exclusive right to store, display, and technically process lawfully submitted content in connection with the website, the product, and our customer service.

This permission applies only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.

We may remove or restrict User content where legally permitted and necessary, in particular where it violates applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms of Service.

Negative or critical reviews will not be removed or restricted solely because they express a negative opinion about a product, our service, or ljwuj.shop.

Objective and lawfully submitted customer reviews may reflect both positive and negative experiences.

Article 22 – Intellectual Property

All content made available on ljwuj.shop is, where applicable, protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

The relevant rights belong to us, our licensors, or the respective rights holders.

Without prior permission, Users may not:

  • reproduce;

  • modify;

  • distribute;

  • make publicly available;

  • sell;

  • commercially exploit

content from the website.

Normal use of the website for personal shopping and information purposes remains permitted.

Article 23 – External Services

The website may contain functions or links provided by external service providers, for example:

  • payment service providers;

  • shipping providers;

  • mapping or tracking services;

  • social networks;

  • analytics or advertising services.

Independent external websites and services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not fully control independent third-party providers and cannot guarantee their continuous availability.

Our responsibility for selecting and integrating service providers, as well as mandatory statutory rights, remains unaffected.

Article 24 – Privacy

Personal Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on ljwuj.shop.

Data may in particular be processed to:

  • process orders;

  • manage payments;

  • process Cash on Delivery orders;

  • carry out deliveries;

  • respond to customer inquiries;

  • process returns and refunds;

  • prevent fraud and misuse;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • ensure the security and functionality of the website.

Further information on categories of data, purposes of processing, recipients, retention periods, and data subject rights is contained in our Privacy Policy.

Article 25 – Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the website reliably and securely.

Continuous and completely uninterrupted website availability cannot technically be guaranteed. Statutory consumer rights and existing contractual obligations remain unaffected.

The website or individual functions may in particular be temporarily restricted due to:

  • maintenance work;

  • security updates;

  • technical errors;

  • server or network failures;

  • failures of external service providers;

  • cyberattacks;

  • official measures;

  • natural events;

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where possible, significant planned interruptions will be announced.

Article 26 – Changes to or Discontinuation of Functions

We may change, supplement, or discontinue individual website functions where there is an objective reason for doing so.

Such a reason may in particular arise from:

  • technical developments;

  • security requirements;

  • changes in legal requirements;

  • changes involving external service providers;

  • changes to our product range;

  • economically or operationally necessary adjustments.

Purchase contracts already concluded and mandatory Customer rights remain unaffected by such changes.

Article 27 – Liability

We are liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

This applies in particular to liability for:

  • damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence;

  • damage arising from injury to life, body, or health;

  • defects fraudulently concealed;

  • expressly assumed guarantees;

  • mandatory product liability;

  • other claims that cannot legally be limited.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, liability may be limited to the typically foreseeable direct damage to the extent permitted by law.

Customer Cooperation and External Circumstances

Where damage was caused or increased in whole or in part because the Customer culpably provided incorrect information, disclosed access credentials to unauthorized third parties, or failed to follow clear security or operating instructions, any consideration of contributory fault shall be governed by the applicable statutory provisions.

For delays or impairments caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the statutory rules apply.

Existing contractual obligations and mandatory statutory liability, warranty, product liability, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Article 28 – Force Majeure

Events beyond our reasonable control may, in exceptional cases, lead to delays or temporary obstacles to performance.

These may in particular include:

  • natural disasters;

  • extreme weather conditions;

  • war or serious civil unrest;

  • epidemics or pandemics;

  • strikes or labor disputes;

  • government measures or prohibitions;

  • border or transport restrictions;

  • failures of essential communications or IT infrastructure;

  • significant disruptions affecting shipping or logistics providers.

If such an event affects the processing or delivery of an order, we will take reasonable measures to limit the impact as far as possible.

Where possible, we will inform affected Customers of significant delays and the available information regarding further steps.

Existing contractual obligations and mandatory statutory withdrawal, warranty, refund, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Article 29 – Damages for Breaches

If a User culpably breaches an obligation under these Terms of Service and this causes us demonstrable damage, claims for damages may exist in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

This provision does not establish any automatic, fixed, or disproportionate contractual penalty.

A User is liable only to the extent that the relevant breach is attributable to that User under the applicable statutory provisions.

Mandatory statutory rights and liability rules, as well as statutory consumer rights, remain unaffected.

Article 30 – Communications

Contractual and order-related communications may in particular be sent using the contact details provided by the Customer in connection with the order or customer account.

These may include in particular:

  • emails;

  • messages in the customer account, where a customer account is used;

  • order, payment, or shipping confirmations;

  • other communication channels provided by the Customer.

General information and notices may additionally be published on our website. Where the law requires individual notification or communication on a durable medium, communication will be made in the legally required form.

The Customer should ensure that the contact details provided are current and correct. Changes to contact details relevant to an order should be communicated to us as promptly as possible.

Mandatory statutory information, notification, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Article 31 – Changes to These Terms of Service

We may amend these Terms of Service with effect for the future where there is an objective reason for doing so.

An objective reason may in particular arise from:

  • changes in legal requirements;

  • new regulatory or judicial requirements;

  • technical or security-related developments;

  • necessary changes to the services we offer;

  • necessary adjustments to payment, ordering, or shipping procedures.

The current version of these Terms of Service will be published on our website.

Changes generally apply only to contracts concluded after the amended version enters into force.

For orders already concluded, the Terms of Service agreed at the time the relevant contract was concluded generally continue to apply. Later changes do not retroactively become part of an already concluded contract unless expressly agreed or legally permissible and required.

Where changes affect an existing contractual relationship and individual notice is legally required, affected Customers will be informed in the legally prescribed form.

Mandatory statutory rights and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by changes to these Terms of Service.

Article 32 – Transfer of Rights

The assignment or transfer of the Customer’s rights and claims is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.

Where consent is required for the transfer of certain contractual obligations or of the entire contractual position, the statutory requirements apply.

We may transfer individual rights under a contract to third parties within the limits of the law.

A transfer of contractual obligations or of the entire contractual position, in particular in connection with a business transfer or restructuring, will take place only where legally permitted and where any required consents have been obtained.

Such a transfer must not restrict the Customer’s mandatory statutory rights, in particular consumer, warranty, withdrawal, and refund rights.

Article 33 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is or becomes wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall generally remain unaffected unless otherwise required by law.

The applicable statutory provisions shall replace any invalid or unenforceable provision.

Where these Terms of Service contain a regulatory gap, the relevant statutory provisions shall likewise apply.

An invalid provision shall not be replaced or interpreted by a provision that restricts mandatory statutory rights or consumer rights.

Article 34 – Applicable Law

These Terms of Service and the contractual relationships arising from them are generally governed by the laws of Denmark, to the extent legally permitted.

If the Customer is a Consumer, this choice of law must not deprive the Consumer of protection granted by mandatory statutory provisions of the country of their habitual residence, where those provisions apply under the relevant conflict-of-law rules.

In particular, mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract under the applicable law remain unaffected.

Mandatory statutory provisions regarding jurisdiction and other mandatory statutory consumer rights also remain unaffected.

Article 35 – Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Customers may contact our customer service at any time with questions, complaints, or disagreements. We aim to review complaints objectively and respond within a reasonable period.

Contacting our customer service is not a prerequisite for exercising statutory rights or initiating remedies provided by law.

Consumers may use any consumer advice, mediation, complaint, or court procedures available to them under the applicable law.

Where we are legally required to provide information regarding participation in a specific out-of-court dispute resolution procedure or consumer arbitration body, the relevant information will be provided in the legally required form.

Mandatory statutory consumer, complaint, and remedy rights remain unaffected.

Article 36 – Contact Information

For questions regarding these Terms of Service, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, or other matters, you may contact our customer service.
